Adding the bright flavors of kiwi and mint to the classic Caprioska cocktail makes it more refreshing.
Ingredients:
- 1 kiwi, peeled and diced
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 2 ounces vodka
- 4 ounces tonic water
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the diced kiwi, mint leaves, and sugar
Add lime juice and vodka to the shaker filled with ice
Shake well until chilled
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice
Top up with tonic water and gently stir
Garnish with a slice of kiwi and a sprig of mint
Serve and enjoy!
