Salmon Croquettes Sushi



This recipe for sushi combines the tastes of salmon croquettes with the style of sushi rolls. It's a tasty mix of foods that sushi fans will love.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • 4 nori seaweed sheets
  • 200g cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • Soy sauce, for dipping

Instructions:

Place a nori sheet with the shiny side down on a flat bamboo sushi mat

Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, making sure to leave a 1-inch edge at the top

Put flaked salmon, avocado slices, and julienned cucumber in the middle of the rice

Put together the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce, and then pour it over the filling

Carefully use the bamboo mat to roll the sushi into a tight roll by applying light pressure

With a sharp knife, cut the roll into small pieces that are easy to eat

Do it again with the rest of the ingredients and nori sheets
