Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, frozen
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Peel and slice the bananas, then freeze them for at least 4 hours or overnight
In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, frozen berries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed
Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and freeze for an additional 2-3 hours until firm
