Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
It's good to add dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper to chicken thighs before cooking them
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
Season the chicken thighs and put them in the pan
Cook for about 5 minutes on each side until both sides are browned
Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside
