Oreo Millionaire Brownies



Indulge in the ultimate decadence with these Oreo Millionaire Brownies. Rich, fudgy chocolate brownies packed with chunks of Oreo cookies and layers of gooey caramel, topped with a drizzle of milk and white chocolate. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 75g plain flour
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 150g Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • 150g caramel sauce
  • 100g milk chocolate, for topping
  • 100g white chocolate, for topping

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180C 160C fan

Grease and line a 9x9 inch square baking tin with parchment paper

Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth

Remove from the heat and set aside to cool slightly

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and caster sugar until pale and creamy

Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and fold together gently

Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, and fold until just combined

Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies

Pour half of the brownie mixture into the prepared tin and spread evenly

Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the brownie mixture

Pour the remaining brownie mixture over the caramel layer and spread evenly

Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the brownies are set but still slightly gooey in the middle

Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the tin

Melt the milk chocolate and white chocolate separately in heatproof bowls over pans of simmering water

Drizzle the melted chocolates over the cooled brownies in a decorative pattern

Allow the chocolate to set before slicing into squares

Serve and enjoy!
