This Roasted Cranberry and Goat Cheese Flatbread is a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors. The roasted cranberries add a burst of tartness, while the creamy goat cheese balances it out. Topped with fresh arugula and a drizzle of balsamic glaze, it's a perfect appetizer or light meal option.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh arugula
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C

Put the fresh cranberries in a small bowl and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper

Toss the whole thing together

Put them on a baking sheet and roast them in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they start to pop and turn a little caramelized

Take it out of the oven and set it aside

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough that has already been made to the thickness you want

Use the last tablespoon of olive oil to brush on the rolled-out dough

Spread out the thinly sliced red onion on top of the pizza dough

Spread the goat cheese crumbles and roasted cranberries out evenly on top of the pizza

In an oven that has already been heated, bake the crust for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and the cheese melts and bubbles

Take the flatbread out of the oven and let it cool down a bit

Spread balsamic glaze over the top and top with fresh arugula

Cut it up and serve it right away
