Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined
Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows, distributing them evenly throughout the dough
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart
Bake in the preheated oven for about 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown
Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
Optional: For an extra touch, press a few additional mini marshmallows and chocolate chips onto the tops of the warm cookies
Once the cookies are completely cool, enjoy the gooey, sweet, and absolutely perfect S'mores cookies!
